This project renovated an existing 16 bed facility after nearly 50 years without any major renovation and provided a 4 bed LDRP addition. Laundry and Central Supply services were moved out into a new building built as part of this project. HV Engineering was responsible for the plumbing and HVAC design. A special challenge of this project was the development of major amounts of renovation/addition within a very limited budget.
