HV Engineering was responsible for the Plumbing and Heating design for 100 unit multistory dormitory structure. The project consisted of four stories of student dormitory and a partial basement dormitory area. The common areas include exercise, laundry room and lobbies. Heating of both domestic water and heating water were provided at a central boiler room in the basement. Heating was provided using fin tube convectors at each room. Additional heating of the common areas was provided using wall mounted fan coil units. |
