Avalon Meydenbauer – Bellevue, WA

Plumbing engineering design for 750,000sf multiuse project consisting of a 368 unit-multifamily building, with parking garage and 50,000sf of retail space.  Construction completion anticipated early 2008.

PCC - Edmonds, WA

Development of a new 24,000sf grocery store.  LEED certification at either the Gold or Platinum level is the current goal for the project.  Construction anticipated to start in Spring 2008.

Thornton Place - Seattle, WA

Plumbing design for residential portions of a 387 unit, mixed use development.  Construction started late Spring 2007.
